The tender with regards to the EC location in Yishun Avenue Nine got allocated to Sing Holdings Limited, after it tendered the major price of $373.5 mil, claimed the Housing and Development Board on Fri 20Nov.
Opened to public on 30 April, the 99 years tenancy spot has a section of 21,514.0 square meter and an optimum complete ground section of 648,417.96 square foot. The land can easily supply up to six hundred property units.
The bid to get the area closed on 29 October, accepting 7 quotes went through.
